We use the Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) Policy.
All of our products are made in a healthy, controlled environment with a 5* Food Hygiene Rating.
It is a requirement for all our staff to have their Basic Food Hygiene Certificate which is refreshed every three years.
SFBB requires that HACCPS (Hazard, Analysis of Critcal Control Point System) and COSHH (Chemical and Other Substances, Hazardous to Health ) are held stringently in place.
All our products are tempertaure controlled from dispatch to delivery and have tracability,
